HTML emails not showing for other languages?

Hi all,

I've been screening all threads on this type of issues, but could not find an answer to fix my problem that's slightly different. Even re-read the book without success.

I just upgraded my site (www.murimari.com) from 1.3.7 to 1.3.8 and using 3 languages (english, french and german) in both admin and catalog areas.

The email_welcome or any email communication would use the HTLM format including my Logo image (header.jpg) but ONLY in the english version! french and german only get the text email format, not the HTML... and that puzzles me!

Haven't found a way to correct this, so seeking some advice here from the gurus.

i was afraid it was me not being able to read thru all docs... well, i will check this.
