Checking out without singing up for an account

I have searched the forums but did not see how to simply turn this option off. Most customers like me would like to just purchase without having to sign up for an account. How do I turn this off?

You can't just turn it off. You can avoid it by installing the fast and easy checkout available in the free add-on section. I have it working here
