view whats in ppl shopping cart but have not purchased
Just a question from my client
"I want to know if I can view what people have put in there shopping cart but have not purchased. Where do I look for this info. I have a great number of hits and new customers but sales have been slow."
Is there a way to do this? if so how
Thanks
