There was a problem retrieving transaction details. ()

We are getting this error from time to time after updating an order to processing then going clicking admin home produces the error.

"There was a problem retrieving transaction details. ()"

I looked at a few things in the forum but not sure where to start to troubleshoot this.

Any Ideas ?

I'm also seeing this issue for the first time today.

Is this just a congested network issue?

We are getting it too, when trying to load an order that was paid by PayPal. When the order does load the paypal transaction information does no tload.

Yes, we use PayPal Express also. We host through Godaddy, and I emailed Godaddy support and asked if they can check the mysql server for issues. No response yet, but now things seem to be working
