Back up my sql database setting from zencart?

I am moving my zen cart to a new domain name,
Want to back up the sql and database,
Already moved all my files from one database to another already,
I don't wanna lose my zen cart settings,
How do i back them up,
I found this FAQ on this but not sure where some stuff is,
https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=100
Open phpMyAdmin? where is this at in zencart?
Select your database from the dropdown, so that its tables are displayed,
Hope someone can help,
Thanks,

Re: Back up my sql database setting from zencart?

Zen Cart doesn't provide phpMyAdmin. Your hosting company has a control panel that typically provides database-access controls, which is also where you should see something akin to phpMyAdmin which will let you access the raw database data to do backups, etc.
You might need to contact your hosting company if you need help finding it.

In my web hosting company i saw this,
Download a SQL Database Backup
They also have full backups,
i just tried it and reloaded it back up still didn't save my zen cart settings,
Should the SQl save out your zen cart settings,

You need access to phpMyAdmin, or something else that provides you with a complete backup of the database. And "Yes" it should contain all of your Zen Cart settings.

Folders and Files you can just download via FTP.
