SO I am wondering why and how to fix....
My homepage
f13sho.com i
s the comming soon file from GoDaddy

and my working wepage is
f13shop.com/f13database
that is my database folder.

How do I post my site to my url?

There isn't any 'database folder' in Zencart. You've installed Zencart to a subdirectory of your site called 'f13database'. Where do you want the store to end up ? In https://www.f13shop.com ? If so, look here:

Mostly it's just a matter of changing all the paths in the two configure.php files.
