Express and Pro... I'm confused

I'm sure this is simple to those familiar.

I signed up for PayPal Pro. I actually didn't realize that also meant I had to set up PPE, but so be it. So I installed a new copy of Zen 1.3.9f and started to work. I tried enabling Pro, and it warned me I had to setup PPE first. Cool beans. So I go to do that, and I'm filling in the settings and I get to this part:

PayPal Mode
Which PayPal API system should be used for processing?
Choices:
For choice #1, you need to supply API Settings above.

  1. PayPal = Express Checkout with a regular PayPal account
    or
for choices 2 & 3 you need to supply PAYFLOW settings, below (and have a Payflow account)
  2. Payflow-UK = Website Payments Pro UK Payflow Edition
  3. Payflow-US = Payflow Pro Gateway only

PayPal
Payflow-UK
Payflow-US

Well... "none" would be the answer from how I understand the terms. "PayPal Website Payments Pro" isn't a "regular" paypal account, but I'm not sure ifs a Payflow account either. Or is it? So what is a PayPal Website Payments Pro account in this context?

Thank you.

Re: Express and Pro... I'm confused

"regular" in #1 is in contrast to a UK account in #2 and a payflow account in #3, so #1 is the correct choice.

Re: Express and Pro... I'm confused

Cool, thanks. I wonder if it should say "Regular or Pro" or something to that effect? Of course, the confusion is from PayPal (not zen) by using two similar sounding products: PayPal Pro and PayFlow Pro.

Re: Express and Pro... I'm confused

Sigh... I'm so not in the mood for troubles:

We are sorry for the inconvenience. The PayPal account authentication settings are not yet set up, or the API security information is incorrect. We are unable to complete your transaction. Please notify the store owner so they can correct this problem. (10002) 10002 Security error - Security header is not valid

I triple checked all the username/password/api settings. I'm on sandbox in admin, is there anything on PP I have to do for sandbox?
