Easier Method of Creating a Shipping Zone?

Hello,

I need to create a very inclusive shipping zone for every country, territory, and commonwealth that excludes the following:

Continental United States
Canada
Mexico

Is there a way to create this zone without having to select every single country manually in that very long drop down list?
