Shipping calculator doesn't include tax
When checking out everything is ok - the appropriate taxes are used for shipping. When using the shipping estimator, however, it doesn't adhere to the tax, but reports the estimated price without tax! The "Shipping Table" is of course 0% tax, as the "Tax Class" in the "Shipping Module" defines the tax%.
I use 1.3.9e
