Perhaps you can explain more clearly what you're wanting to do and why, including the business reason behind what you're asking for.

Alright, Plz see image below.

Some customers order by phone and provide their CC info on phone.
We often offer them bulk discounts. The % of the discount vary each time.
After taking their CC info, We enter their info thorough our website like a regular customer would do.
We implement discounts by using Coupon Codes, but we don't want them to know the coupon codes.
And we don't like to create 1 time use coupons. We want to use the coupons multiple times but only by the administrator.
So how do I delete/hide the coupon/discount code (Yellow highlighted text in above image) in "Order Confirmation" emails ?
Hope I am clear this time.
Thanks
Sensei
That code is put there as part of the order-total description text.
You'll notice if you look carefully at the order-confirmation screen that it's shown there too, as a courtesy to the customer so they can see what coupon they used, and even click on it for a description of what that coupon "gave" them. You're wanting to remove that ability for everyone?

I know its shown on the order-confirmation screen ........ but the customer itself is NOT entering the order, its the STORE-OWNER who is entering the order that he received through Phone.

So, you have no actual customers ever using your website?

You didn't answer my question.
As I've said before, to remove it from the emails requires removing it everywhere, including preventing it from being seen legitimately by customers who actually do their own buying on your store, not by telephone.
But, you don't seem to care about the implications of making such a change. Feel free to hack it out yourself according to your needs: ot_coupon.php

We do have actual customers, but we don't offer Coupons to Customers. Coupons are only to be used by the Store-Owner (as a way to override actual price) for Telephone orders for some preferred customers.
