Not getting Admin copies of emails

Using v139f, in <Tools>, <Send Email>, I don't receive any Admin copies. It appears the client copy is sent OK and believe have <Configeratione>, E-Mail Options> set to provide to both Admin & client properly. Using PHP transport.
Appreciate all suggestions as to how to correct!

After finding several prior forum posts, it appears my problem may be caused by the Subscription Manager add-on.
Although it is not enabled, this & previous problems were not experienced.
Attempts to uninstall were not successful either!
