Templates or add ons for formatting category descriptions?

Hi,

In main categories, I would like to format them so that there are photos of products in sub cats, links to sub categories, descriptions of sub cats and or products in a row or column - row style format.

Are there custom templates or standard templates that come with ZC which would provide a quick and easy way to set this up, rather than writing all the css myself in Dreamweaver and inserting it into the Categories Description in admin?

If so any recommendations?
