Change the sales quantity values for certain returned products
Hello!!
I understand that you can reset the items purchased counter but how will I be able to reset certain products? I had a customer that purchased a large quantity of a product but decided to reduce that amount. How can I get that number updated in the reports?
The reason for this is my sales departments needs these statistics for reference.
