NEED HELP ASAP - Can't access ADMIN

Getting this error when i just moved my site over to my NEW SERVER.. it working great on my old server but new on not so lucky..

THis is what happend when i go to my ADMIN section..

I enterend in right before the <PHP

so the page broke..

after 5 hours trying to get the site up your eyes don't work to well..

the wife help me out plus used win merge to solve..
