Adding popup to individual product page

Would this be possible? I know enough of all of the languages to do whatever is necessary to get this to work.

I'm selling a product where the consumer will need to agree to the disclaimer to know what they are getting and not just rely on them reading some fine print at the bottom of the page or in a policy somewhere...

It'd be even better if there was an addon for just this!

Try the builtin
admin > config > regulations > Confirm Terms and Conditions During Checkout Procedure ? set to true
Create the define text for your T&C
