weird problem with brower tab text

i was trying to change the text in the browser tab to something different from what i had it set to the first time. i didnt notice it right away but after a few hours i was looking at the site and all the browser tabs say something completely different from what i put to begin with. ive followed the tut for changing the text in browser tabs but it hasnt seem to have made any effect. can anyone help with this?

the website is my username with a .com on the end.

You din't edit the define properly. Be sure you leave the single quotes marks

i think i realize what happened now... must have been something to do with filezilla but the meta_tags.php file had most of the spaces and lines removed somehow. words were all jumbled and such. once i got it looking like a stock file i was about to post the code i edited when i saw what it was.. thanks for pointing out that link as well. i must have missed it when i was searching.
