Image makes unalignment on template

I am using Zen Cart version : v1.3.9d, I am new to Zen Cart and normaly I use other e-coomerce software. But I decided to use Zen Cart. so I am new to all what is happening and I need solution or direction.

I am making a web site http://www.projectionfilmshop.com/shop/
Problems:

• When the template is uploading the left column take all the page until the right colomn finishes upload.
• When I pass the mouse oven the image at any product, it moves down all the template. I know that there are something related with the image. How do I fix it?
• How do I give a new title to the ez-pages as a Menu option: Page 2, Page 3, Page 4?
• Under Categories I have: All film & Foils ( that contain all the products) and also the same product below to it's especific categorie. How do I do not to show the product 2 or 3 times undes "New Products for the Month"?

Can someone help me? I appreciate.

You have a template monster template
Search this forum for them and all the issues their templates create
I would trash their template

So where should I look for a good template to buy? close to these style and easy to change and manage?

Try not to be totally influenced by color or graphics as these are changeable
Look for layout style that gets you close and will save time
