Adding one price to attributes in a whole category?

I have browsed the forums to find this answer and may have over looked it.
I am trying to apply 1 price to a whole category. I am in the Attribute Controller but it wont list anything until I have a product. Do I have to apply this attribute to every single product as I enter them? Please tell me there is a way around this >.<

I assume that you mean an attribute price....
Add to one manually then use the copy function in the attribute controller

You should backup your database FIRST before doing this
