Multiple product images not showing up

Hi,

I have 2 products. I have followed the exact same procedure for uploading multiple images, and 1 product is displaying the multiple images, but the other is not.

How is this happening?

On the one that is not displaying the multiple pictures...it does display all of them in the "preview" mode, and I am also uploading the original image last.

But then when I look at my website, the multiple images are not displaying on the 1 product.

(all photos are named correctly with _01.jpg, _02.jpg, etc. they are all the same size, and all located in the same place)

Sorry, here is page where additional product images are showing up. Below is page, where they are not.

(Also another issue which may be related, on these 2 pages the size / price drop down box is being covered up, which is not happening on anyof my other pages) Thank you.

It looks like the images are showing now? But they are HUGE and took forever to download....to make your life easier you should really install the image handler which resizes your images to a web friendly size and make the process of renaming them obsolete....

Thanks, I'm aware of the image size, that is a separate issue, we are taking care of...

but my question was why are the additional images showing up on my first product page and not my second product page??

(Followed same posting procedure and they are actually the same pics, just named differently.)

Double check the names of the additional images. Do they all start with 360N82?

Sorry I didnt look at the second link...no I do not see any additional images....the only reason they would not appear is if they are not named correctly - but again, image handler will be your friend to avoid these types of issues....
