Zone shipping plus free over x to the UK
Using Zone shipping, different rates to different countries:
Is it possible to add a promotion on top so that orders over £xxx.xx to the uk are free
A simple method would be best so that it can be easily turned on/off depending on whether the promotion is being run or not.
