Like to make own define page

I have the /includes/modules/pages/greeting/header_php.php, /includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_greeting_default.php and appropriate code in the define_greetings.php as well as necessary definitions. The question is how do I "start" it? I use V1.3.9e
