Credit card offline processing time

I use v1.3.9b and wonder is it normal if I cannot get a payment completed in 7 working days. I started to worry as I just read that credit card offline processing is "no longer available option in Zen Cart". So what's the truth with v1.3.9b?

Please help!

Re: Credit card offline processing time

The "Offline Processing" module is no longer included with Zen Cart, as of v1.3.9.

That said, even if you are using an offline-processing module, IT IS NOT AUTOMATIC. That's why it's called "OFFLINE". YOU MUST PROCESS THE CARD MANUALLY by running it through your swipe machine or phoning it in to your merchant account company, or using their virtual terminal.

So, I will lost these CC payments?Yes. You'll need to contact your customer to make alternate arrangements for payment.

And click "Remove" on the Offline Credit Card module, since you cannot use it.

OMG, ########... but thanks... good to know...

I have only a PayPal account. How can I setup my shop to accept payment via PayPal only?
Thanks...

Re: Credit card offline processing time

It may be, depending on how you completed the configuration. Do you have a Paypal business account ?

Also, Paypal Express is much more stable than IPN.

Yes, I think I have a business account and it just forked fine for me so far.

What is PayPal Express? I cannot see this opt in ZenCart.

Ok, sorry... but it say that I have to remove the IPN module first if I want to use the Express option.

Do you recommend it instead of the good stead IPN? Why it is better?
