Where is this located?? (see post)

Hello, I am having trouble editing a line of text that was custom added to the shopping cart by the previous designer. This text was added below the copyright information and I've been searching for a couple hours but haven't located where this text is. To see what I'm talking about, go to this link http://zenhomecleaning.com/cart/ and scroll down to the very bottom. The text I am trying to edit is the very last line at the bottom of the page, where it says "Policy Agreement". Can anyone tell me which file this line of text was added to?

I've tried english.php, footer.php, and a few other files and haven't been able to locate it. Thanks for your help.

Have you tried
admin>tools>Developers Tool Kit

Go to the bottom of the page and type the phrase you're looking for in the box provided. Select All Files - Catalog/Admin from the pulldown menu and click search. It should find it for you.

since its between the parse time comments check if its on
admin>configuration>logging>
set it to false, see what happens.

check the db for that words

he may have used an "implode" or "include" so that words will never be on your sever.

It looks like that link was hardcoded into the page.

try includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/common/tpl_main_page.php

find the following link and delete it

Thanks afo and clydejones, I used afo's tip to find the line I was looking for and it turns out it was in the page clydejones mentioned.

Appreciate the help guys, afo I will definitely keep this page bookmarked for future use as it can be real useful
