Restrict delivery address?

I have a unique business from most Zen Cart users, in that I am a local delivery company, and don't ship any of my products.

Is there a way to only give a choice of my state on the shipping/delivery address page? The need for this stems from a customer accidentally choosing the wrong state and, therefore, no tax is charged.

Is there a way to only give one option (IN) in the state dropdown? or even better, autofill the city and the state?

Just wanted to bump this once, to see if anyone has an idea how to do this. Received a couple more orders from WI and FL today, was wondering if there was a way to restrict this.

You can remove all the countries but the US in Admin - Location / Taxes - Countries, then all the states except Indiana in Zones, if you deliver to the whole state.

Thanks for the reply. I began to implement this, but noticed that it affects the billing address also. Is there a way to only implement it on the delivery address? The reason being is that I live in a college town, and while I only deliver locally, there are customers that have billing addresses on other states.

when setting up the shipping method, restrict it??
so you set up "local delivery", then on shipping zone, restrict it to a certain zone?

Could you modify either the ZipShip or the Seven Zone Zipcode Based shipping module to limit where you ship?

I saw one other store in the showcase shops doing something similar and I think one of the above is what they based their shipping limitations on.
