Cancelling Orders?

I need to know how to cancel an order in the cart when the customer requests it to be cancelled. I want to say that I would just delete that order but I'm afraid of messing up something. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.

You can simply create a new order status under your ACP called Canceled and set the order to that. You will then have to refund the transaction on your own.
