Shopmania Limit 5000 Products - HELP

I have a section of the script I'm trying to modify so that it will cut off at the 5000 limit for shopmania. Can someone help with the PHP code to do it? I think using the product ID and limiting to 5000 will work. I'm just not sure how to do it. Take a look here... Part of the script I think needs to be limited or another part? Thanks for any help you can provide.

WHY a limit?

The free version is a max of 5000 products. That's OK though I figured it out using the $prod_id with an if statement under the print section. I also modified the image path and created to define statements at the beginning with setting a max product ID and also an alternate image location for product images. Shopmania does not allow watermarks on the images and you must subscribe to post greater than 5000 products.

If anyone would like this mod on the script let me know and I'll send it. It could be useful for someone else as well. Maybe i can help someone...

Sorry to be off topic, but were you having a major problem with chargebacks?

I've never seen someone post a page like that in their footer.

no I'm in the process of reorganizing them. I do need to have it but not in the footer... Thanks for the advice forgot to move things around.
