Nochex working in test mode but not live

Hello,

I have this module installed and it works a treat in test mode but soon as I switch to live the difficulties begin.

The payments are going through and I receive an email from nochex to say that money has been collected but:

1. I do not receive an order confirmation email showing the product purchased.
2. The order record in admin is there but the product field is blank

So I have to email the customer to ask them what they ordered who normally get annoyed and ask for a refund.

Can anyone suggest a fix?

Actually, after further research, it's not working in test mode either. Orders work fine with COD but not with Nochex

I removed all the nochex stuff and reinstalled it from the v1.5 download, all works ok now :) Oviously remembering to add the autoloader to clear the cart, not sure why that's not been added to the official release

I have the same problem I have removed and put the latest version on but still the exact same problem works fine in test mode but not in live mode. I am getting so fed up that I want a new payment gateway for UK credit cards now!!!

I emailed nochex and gave them temp access to my files. All was fixed after a small adjustment to my apc handler.

I emailed them too but just got told to follow the steps in their "guide" which I have done about 15 times now aaarrrgghh!!!

Early versions of the Nochex module relied on the Paypal IPN module being installed otherwise certain features wouldn't work.

This module doesn't require any other modules. I believe the file that you need to change is the "nochex_apc_handler.php" which should be placed on the root directory of your shopping cart install.

Once you have downloaded the package above go into the relevant folder for your version and find the "nochex_apc_handler.php" and change it for the one you currently have and your problem should stop.
