Please xplain EZ-Pages in plain English

Hi, I am new to Zen cart and do not understand EZ pages. O know that they allow me to make non-standard pages like About Us and COntact Us, but what is TOC and chapters?

The site I am working on is s a r a h s s o f t n e s s com (no space)

Can I make the two wide banners linkt o EZ pages? If yes, how?

TOC = Table of Contents
Chapters are... chapters... like a book.
