Order confirmation email problem in zencart 1.38a with Russia language pack.

My site in English and Russia.
After check out, site should send Order confirmation email to buyer.
In English, it works OK.
But in Russia, it not works with error:
'Could not instantiate mail function. Please check Admin->Configuration->Email Options->Email Transport. '

Anybody can help me out with this problem? Thanks!!
