How to i get rid of this area?

Using 1.3.9f with a custom template. if you go to the following page of my site you will see in the center there is a rectangle with nothing but a single link and then one with the product under it. i want to get rid of that top one as it has no purpose.

http://decaldude.net/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_31&products_id=85

im guessing it is an option in admin, can someone be so kind as to point me in the right direction. thanks a lot.

The category name and icon are a standard part of Zen Cart. You can exercise some control over them on the Admin > Configuration > Product Info page.

However, the reason that they look excessive on your site is because they are wrapped in a ton of divs on of which has a min-height specificied of 257 pixels.

I don't know the template so I don't know why they did this. I'd guess that they'd packed something else in there that you're not using like a banner, and wanted to ensure that there was enough space for it. Or maybe their design used much larger and landscape oriented category images.

Other than turning off the image (which would still leave the name) I can't advise on how to remove it completely as Template Monster tend to replace all the template files so support can only really come from them or somebody else who has purchased this particular template.
