taxes not showing up please help

Can someone please help i am using the most current version of zencart i turned on the table shipping and i have all the other shipping modules set up for new jersey. But my store is not charging the taxes when some one purchases from new jersey. I need this fixed because it is effecting my business sales i can not find any setting to make it show that maybe i missed.

Check the Zone Definition for New Jersey ...

Did you configure a Tax Rate for it?

Is the Priority set to 1?

yes i checked that and every thing is set right that's why i do not understand why it is not working please help

Are all of your Products marked as Taxable?

What do you have set on the Details for your Zone Definition for New Jersey?

What do you have set on the Tax Rate for your Zone Definition for New Jersey?

1 new jersey New Jersey 7% N.J. TAX 7.0% this is the tax rate.

and all my products are set on new jersey i looked at the page when you enter them in and it says new jersey

Just to let you know it use to work when i was using per item shipping i now switched to table to get more accurate shipping costs.and it is not showing i tried to make a purchase with a new jersey address my website is homedecoreveryday.com.

On your site I see TWO selections for New Jersey in the State dropdown ...

This suggests to me that you have some bad data and most likely are breaking the relationship with taxes and shipping because of this ...

I would have to see your database table to tell you more than this ... but perhaps it would give you a clue to the problem ...

In the default settings, in the zones table of the database, New Jersey is:
zone_id 41
zone_country_id 223
zone_code NJ
zone_name New Jersey

NOTE: Be sure that you check that now that you removed the duplicate New Jersey that your Zone Definition settings and Tax Rate settings are all complete and that any Address Book records that are for New Jersey are set on the valid settings as well ...
