apsona upload new producyts not working

ok so i new to all this, i have add apsonoa addon and it looks like a brill tool, i exported a file to get the headers but when i put my own products into the new template with all the details i either get a load of strange squres and stuff or telling me i missing somthing, i have tryed changeing the things it says i missing but still says the same,, i have saved it as a new file to upload, i am using microsoft office 2007 but have also tryed changing it to excel work book 2003-07 but still does not work, please help been trying for a few days now, searched the forums but it all seems to be about updates or easy populate!!! thanks everyone:cry:

the developers are very helpful.

In any case, as with Easy Populate it is safer to use OpenOffice Calc to manipulate the import/export file than Excel.

nivlac - perhaps you are not using the CSV format? Excel saves the file in the MS Excel format by default, but if you want to upload the file to Apsona ShopAdmin, you have to save it in CSV format. That might explain why you are seeing strange characters.

It might also help if you post a screen shot of what you are seeing.
