Error HTTP 500 Internal Server Error after installing new language

Hi,

I have made a problem while installing new languages!

The problem occur when loading step 2 of 3 in the Checkout in other languages than english. You know when clicking Continue after confirming delivery address

Im getting this Error HTTP 500 Internal Server Error but I cannot see whats wrong. I have restored every/original english language files, but it doesnt help...

Hope someone can help me...
