Barclay's ePDQ module not showing orders in admin HELP PLEASE

Hi all i need some help, I have search the forums but cant find any help on this problem, I have installed the Barclay's ePDQ module on a clients website, and it all seamed to go well.

but now just got a call from the client saying they have had a lots of sales but nothing is showing in admin.

the money have been taken from the customers and is showing in the barclays account but they have no way of knowing what the order is as nothing is showing in the admin area for the orders.

does anyone know why this is happening and how this may be fixed???

just had an update for my client when one of the customers log back into there account on then cart the order displays in there shopping cart as tho they haven't checked out, but they have and there cards have been charged, please could someone help
