Worldpay "Confirm order" button disappeared this afternoon

This afternoon my client calls to announce that cutomers can no longer pay via worldpay module.

The site has been running since 2007 without any trouble. Client is using 1.3.7.1 with version 1.4 of worldpay (this has not been upgraded as the client did not wish to do so and has no support contract with us). as far as i am aware no-one has changed anything on the server or admin backend.

however the confirmation button now does not appear on step 3 of the checkout process - check/money order module and the confirmation_checkout page is rendered correctly with the button.

I can only suggest that this is a worldpay issue - there have been no other errors on the site and the money order process is working fine. Does anyone else know of this problem? is it simply a question of having to upgrgrade the module....?

Ok so an update on this problem.

spoke to my hosts - we had a small patch on the PHP applied yesterday afternoon. Now on 5.2.10 which is the culprit for the World pay module failling.

Going to try to install Worlpay module version 2 on the 1.3.7 version as the client is reluctant to pay for an upgrade.

in the process of backing up the server now. i just hope the 2 are compatible and that if not some kind person will tell me before i blow the install out of the water.....?!

This problem is now resolved.

Upgrading the World pay Module to the latest version fixed the non display of the Confirm order button - this is cuased by the second half of the confirmation_checkout page not being displayed due to incompatiblities between WP Module version 1.4 and Php 5.2.10.

the new 2.0 install works perfectly correctly within zencart 1.3.7 and i do reccomend that all users upgrade as it was a relatively simple process. remember to back up though!!
