"System Setup Required" Message Suddenly Showing Up

I have had a ZenCart store running for about 3 months now. This website has been a great help in getting everything running. Earlier this week, some problems started...

First, the website became inaccessible (both the shop and admin). I contacted my ISP (FatCow), and they were able to 'fix' the problem (they did not tell me how). This 'fix' lasted less than a day before recurring.

I contacted them again. The tech stated that the 'A' record of the domain was pointed at the wrong IP address. When he fixed the 'A' record, I began getting the dreaded message:

"You are seeing this page for one or more reasons: 1. This is your first time using Zen Cart™ and you haven't yet completed the normal Installation procedure..."

I reviewed my configure.php files and nothing has changed. As far as I can tell, nothing has changed with the ZenCart configuration...I know I haven't changed anything yet.

Please help out if you have any ideas. Thanks a lot.
