New to Zen Cart Help

Hi All,

I am a new user to this forum and a new convert to Zen Cart.
Currently I am in the process of changing my current cart system (OsCommerce) over to Zen Cart as we have been unhappy with what we have.
We have decided on Zen Cart, have chosen a template design and are in the process of organising a few of the other systems ready to change across hopefully with minimal interruption to our business.
We would like to hit the ground running and as we have had our site up for well over a year now obviously have managed to do a fair bit of work on backlinks, social media, ect to aid in rankings.

My question to the community is what extra plug ins and contributions should we be looking to install to our cart system to aid in site usage and SEO.
Obviously there will be quite a host of things we can look at but if its possible to be pointed in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

I can't speak to the SEO part (except to suggest you don't use any kind of URL-rewriting mod), but the general function of the site depends so much on your product line, your industry, your customer demographic, etc. that I doubt if anyone here will be able to recommend specific mods.

I tend to be a minimalist when it comes to mods - most of the ones I use are admin-related. We're working on three sites now which will each use seven mods - only one (Login Sidebox) will be visible to the customer.
