Product Reviews in footer

I want to show the last 4 or 5 productreviews in my footer in reversed order (The last one added beeing the first in the list)

Can I have a input on which variables I could use, or do I need to connect to the DB and pull out the information I need?

I need:
Product Name
100 first chars of review

Zen Cart 1.3.9f

I want to show the last 4 or 5 productreviews in my footer in reversed order
I would "hi-jack" code from the sidebox for this and insert into your footer file - make adjustments as needed

I've really tried! But all that happens, is that it shows only 1 review no matter what I do.

I tried to connect to mysql with my own code, to pull out the information needed, but it looks like Zen Cart doesn't really like that I take control over DB connections.

The sidebox tpl.file, contains $content - variables, which get echoed out in common/tpl_box_default_left.php. It doesn't help me using that code, unless I also use something from the modules-file.

I need help on this one - would anyone care to give me a little guidance?

Sorry for double posting, but i thought I could say - what I really need is the DB query to get the last 4 reviews (or 4 random reviews) with a limit of 4, and maybe the code to print it out..
