Customize the New Products Page

Hi there Zenners,

I have been able to install Zen Cart 1.3.9 and am now building my site.

My simple question is how do I customize the New Products page? I want to show my own products and be able to better control what get listed on that page. It seems to be dynamic based on the product date available but I cannot find the controls either on the Configruation or in any PHP config file. I have looked and looked throught fourums and tutorials and am not sure if I missed any or there is none.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

What exactly do you want to get "better control" over?

Have you looked in Admin->Configuration->New Products Listing ?

Thanks for a quick response.

On my navigation bar on top there is a link for "New Products", along side Home, Specials and others, which is displaying new products from sample Zan Cart installation and few products that I have added.

All I am trying to do is control what products get listed over there.

Correct me if I am wrong, Admin > Configuraton > New Listing controls what gets displayed for the product. I am looking to customize what products display on the new products page.

I hope I made it clear enough.
