COUPON...is this scenario possible??

is this coupon scenario possible???
(see screen shot)

i am trying to set up a coupon which specifies both coupon amount and order minimum??? but every time i input both fields it removes my order minimum.

any suggestions???? please help!

Remove the $ ... just enter the amount ...

Remove the $ ... just enter the amount ...
