privacy notice page missing

I just noticed this afternoon that my privacy notice page is coming up 404. (all the other pages work just fine) I haven't made any recent changes, but then again I haven't opened that page in a while either.

If I go into the define page editor, all my text that I have written in there is still there, but to click on the link itself, Its not coming up.

Any ideas on what I may have done?? The only change I made recently was renaming my admin folder.

You are probably missing the /includes/modules/pages/privacy/header_php.php folder/file.

Go to Admin->Configuration->My Store->Missing Page Check and turn it off, so that it'll show you the problem more clearly instead of redirecting to the not-found page.

yup, now it displays.."HEADING_TITLE"

Seems you're also missing language files, such as /includes/languages/english/privacy.php

Thank you yet again Dr.... you were correct, I was missing the "privacy" folder in /includes/modules/pages/privacy/header_php.php

But the privacy.php in "/includes/languages/english/privacy.php" is still there.

The page is back so all is well... thanks again

I recommend putting that "Missing Page Check" setting back to "not found".

My 11 yr old daughter thought so too...lol already done
