Problem with Orders in Admin ... Showing 0 Products Ordered

Hey Fellow Zen Cart-ers,

We have had this issue pop up a couple of times on two different Zen sites over the past week.

Sites:
www.harmonykingdomstore.com and www.switchablesstore.com

A new order pops up in the new order box with the Customer Name, Order Date and Total.

BUT

When you go into the order area, it shows up with 0 Products.

AND

When you go into the invoice it shows up with all the order information except for the information on what products were ordered.

The occurrences of this have been kinda random, with orders before and after showing up just fine.

If anyone could offer some ideas on what's happening and how to correct it ... it would greatly appreciated.

We are running Zen Cart 1.3.8a with security patches.

I am bumping this thread as we are still having this issue across various sites.

We are using Linkpoint/FirstData as our CC processor and have discovered that we can go into the Linkpoint CC Review area in admin and see what the customer has ordered.

We have also discovered that the orders that mess up like this do not appear properly in the customers order history. It shows the total of the order but none of the items ordered.

Any help or advice that could offered would be greatly appreciated.
