UPS Shipping won't calculate when two specific products are added

Hello~

My store is (http://www.colema.com/store/retail) - and for some reason there are two products (both large items) that when both added to the cart, won't allow UPS shipping to calculate - but if it's two of the same, it will. Example:

1 x ItemA, 1 x ItemB in cart = UPS CAN'T CALCULATE
2 x ItemA = UPS calculates
2 x ItemB = UPS calculates

I'm running on version 1.3.8a.

Advice would be greatly appreciated!

What are the Products that are giving the problem? :unsure:

The blue and granite boards.

What is the weight of the:
Deluxe Colema Board® Kit in Blue

What is the weight of the:
Deluxe Colema Board® Kit in Granite

What are your settings in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...

If you edit these two Products, what are the settings for ...

If you look at the UPS shipping module, do you have any Zone settings on it?

Which shipping methods do you have selected?

The two items are set up identically - which is why I think it's weird that two of the same can ship together, but one of each causes it to have a melt down...

They are both set at being 21 pounds with dimensions of 45 x 20 x 10 - the dimensions had to be added because otherwise it was not calculating properly.

The maximum weight is set at 40 - so that these two items cannot ship in the same box.

These products are not virtual.

Always free shipping is a no.

As a test, can you install either the USPS or default UPS shipping module just to see what the results are?

Will that mess up the dimensions information I have in there? Because, I have the regular UPS module installed, but just added the dimensions fields for the UPS module to read. I think the module itself is unchanged.

Check the shipping module files and they should use different configuration_keys ...

Backup your database to be safe ...

I cannot break the shipping with those settings that you have ... but I do not have the UPS XML shipping module installed ...

Where did you get the UPS shipping module that you are using? A specific URL would help ... :smile:
