Paypal Checkout adding 30% on to PP payment

As mentioned in the title, my Paypal Checkout is adding 30% on to the payment when you are directed to Paypal to login and make the payment. ie the order total is $30 and Paypal wants to charge $39.29 to the customer.

Any ideas why this would be happening?
