Help - need to restore info

Help - need to restore info

I accidentally changed values in the the configuration-shipping/packaging area for the package percentage rates. These were configured by someone who is no longer with us and I don't know what they are suppose to be. I have a backup but I don't know which file to restore.

Does anyone know which file holds these values?

Admin settings and values are stored in the database, mostly in the configuration table.

Do you have a DB backup ?

Most of the settings in that section should be pretty simple to figure out, though.

Yes I do... can I restore part of it(and if so how) or do I have to restore the whole thing?

If you can use phpMyAdmin to browse the table in the backup to find the value you're looking for, you can change it manually in the current DB.
