"Also Purchased" Not Displaying on Product Info Page

Greetings group,

I've had several product purchases on my site but seems the "Customers Also Purchased" on the bottom of the product info page is not displaying. I've checked the Maximum/Minimum settings and also the Configuration/Product Info settings and it's all set correctly.

I've also installed the Multi-Cross Sell module, so not sure if that has anything to do with this issue, but I've checked the tpl_product_info_display.php and the code is in there, plus the file tpl_modules_also_purchased.php is in the same folder. So it seems that everything is where it should be, and customers have made purchases, so why would the "Also purchased" still not be showing?

Thanks,
