Your database appears to need patching to a higher

all of a sudden i get the message: Your database appears to need patching to a higher level. See Admin->Tools->Server Information to review patch levels.
i have no clue what this is and how i can change it
there are no more categories showing on my page now help!!!!:cry:

Don't know about your categories....
This does not happen by itself. you must have upgraded your files
Re-run zc_install and uograde DB only
