HELP NEEDED! All Pages Blank After Software Add On!

Hi, I'm quite new to zencart,
and I tried to install a new Add On,
But after installing my zencart just went blank except the Admin Area is still working.

have been trying to fix this for few hours already but still no clue.

After Installing the debug, here;s what it says:

[01-Oct-2010 19:48:39] PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home/kawaiifu/domains/mywebste.com/public_html/english/includes/classes/class.notifier.php on line 21

Please identify the add on, and post class.notifier.php from (say) line 15 to line 30. The path you gave looks bad - are you sure of it?
