How to use this ? ultimate_seo_urls

Hi,I just download the 1.3.9version of the ultimate_seo_urls.But after installed it,my site https://www.blockstoy.com can't be opened.Also,on the background I can't find the SEO URLs,Anybody can help me?I just wanna to change the URL,Thanks very much.

The version is 1.3.9g,I followed the intruction,but still can't find SEO URLs in "configuration".Where is it?

You have posted in the Templates, Stylesheets, Page Layout area for a 3rd party contributed module
Best to find a support thread in the contributed add on area
