How To Set The Category Path To Titlte?

I Use v1.3.9c

I need to set the category " path caegory::sub-category::sub-sub-category::... " to page <title>category path</title>.

What do I need to change in html_header.php on in includes/templates/template_default/common.

If referring to the url result, one does not need to change what the cart generates
No matter what a SEO company might say or not - - SE's like google and others handle them as is just fine

What do I need to change in html_header.php on in includes/templates/template_default/common
